(Ages 18 months - 4 yrs)
Fun and engaging caregiver- assisted and independent classes designed to develop motor skills coordination, and confidence in our upstairs preschool gym.

* 1 Caregiver Participation Required and only enrolled student allowed in room.
Saltoing Sprouts (Ages 3 - 4 yrs)
*Independent from caregiver

(Ages 5 - 17 years)
Structured beginner level classes using mens 4x4 gymnastics equipment:
floor, vault, high bar, mushroom (preparing for pommel horse) with an
emphasis on strength and agility.

Structured, progressive gymnastics classes that build skills on all four women's events (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor), while fostering personal growth and body awareness.

(Grades 7-12)
These classes are designed for athletes who want to progress, improve, and maintain skills needed to compete for high school gymnastics. Taught in a structured, coach-led enviornment, athletes will work on skills across all four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor.

(Ages 4 - 18)
TGC offers a pathway to competitive gymnastics for dedicated athletes. Team placement is by coach reccommendation and assessment. Our team program builds not only strong gymnasts, but also confident, disciplined individuals ready to thrive in the gym and outside the gym.

We offer a variety of open gyms that give access to all of the equipment and students are free to work on skills of their choosing, while being monitored by the coaching staff who are also available to help when needed. |
